Answer to questions by many parents today regarding events happening next Sunday


1) Parliament of world religions performance by Gurukul kids next Sunday: Per our discussion today, please bring your kids to next Gurukul at 4 pm in a traditional Indian dressing (not mandatory, only suggested). We will go the venue together right after next Gurukul. Please tell you kids to keep rehearsing (the files of the songs and the lyrics are uploaded on the Gurukul website (–> events and news—> 2015 Parliament of world religions). Date 10/18/15, Venue: Salt Lake Mormon Tabernacle on Temple Square downtown, Free parking, Children and their supervisors/parents will have VIP seating in front, as long as we all go there together. Parents who can’t make it, please feel free to send your kids with other parents. It is expected to be one of those once in a life time experience for the kids to perform in front of a mammoth crowd.

2) Durga Pooja celebrations in the ICC/temple next weekend. On 10/17-10/18. NO ENTRY FEE. Event will be full of cultural events and great food. Every one is encouraged to participate. For details:
