No Gurukul on long weekend. See you next Sunday (09/07/14) in the temple/ICC.


First of all, thanks to all who offered to volunteer for the Gurukul during the picnic meeting last Sunday. We will post the names of all volunteers on our website. Following the tradition, we will not have our regular Gurukl session on this long weekend.

Next Gurukul session (total 90 minutes) on 09/07/2014 schedule: 1) Shlokas and prayers starting at 4.05 pm
2) Hindi classes for all three levels in the ICC. We will distribute the binders.
3) Yoga for children and interested parents.
4) Parents meeting to plan for Gurukul food stall during the India Mela the following week (we already have volunteers but others are welcome to join).

See you on Sunday, September 7th, 4.05 pm at the Sri Ganesha temple.

Please feel free to pass on this message to any parents who might be interested in their kids joining the Gurukul.
